Semi-Automatic Labelers
The 612 is adaptable to a semi-automatic machine that applies Flag labels onto cylindrical products, such as hoses, belts, and cables. Using a customized vacuum pad, engineered for each specific label to be dispensed, the 612 Tamp delivers accuracy, ease of use, and rugged reliability to apply a variety of labels to products.

Automated Label Applicators
Hunkar automated label applicators are designed for reliable, low-maintenance performance. The 4500 provides smooth application of the label onto virtually any product surface and may be integrated with a PLC. The System 2-CL is a Servo driven applicator with microprocessor control.
Applications: wipe on, corner wrap, radial wrap, tamp, cylinder station, three roll wrap, front/back, and vacuum blow.

Print/Apply
Hunkar standard and customized 9800 Print & Apply Applicators combine the flexibility of thermal transfer printers with the reliability of Hunkar applicators. The 9800 supports tamp, vacuum, blow, flag, corner wrap applicators, orbital, and centric special applications. The 4561 is a loose-loop wipe-on print/apply used for applications requiring precise speed synchronization.
